Lore: An oddity among the Gods of the Mystic Era, Shirun Solina claimed to be the reincarnation of the spirit of Propes, the Second Moon of Jacoria. She was often depicted as a dark-skinned beauty, clad in light, airy clothing and veils to cover her face. Although she found faithful in all corners of Diaolia, most were centered around her main Cathedral in the depths of the Januvial Desert.
Many records of Diaolia before the Lunar Crash of 674 did show the topography of a sprawling desert right in the area that the Merfolk metropolis of Brightdawn now resides, deep underwater. This, coupled with the statue of Shirun Solina herself inside a ruined cathedral in the city were once seen as simple old wive’s tales. The re-discovery of the Mystic Era Pantheon has proven these rumors to have a bit more weight in reality.
Shirun Solina, and Brightdawn itself, has long held concrete evidence of the conspiracy of Gods before the Zodiac Era, a secret held very closely to the collective chests of Merkind’s scholars. These wall paintings within Shirun’s cathedral show a collection of nine humanoids with distinct appearances, dressed in mono-colored robes, each wielding a particular magick in their hand. Above the collection of nine figures floats a final tenth Mage, wearing a cloak bearing all of their colors.
