The earliest recorded tomes of Vrol are found only within the archives of the Diaolite Capitol Land’s royal family, held away deep within their vault. The area, located in the Isle’s main castle, is only opened up to members of the royal family themselves, and world-renowned scholars who pay a sizable fee for the opportunity to enter for a single month, once in their life.
The River Regent is described as a bandit lord of the highlands in his youth, who settled down on took on the role of a proper leader when entering middle age. The turn of youth into elder changed his perspective on the world, and he focused his attentions on shielding his citizens from the growing magicks of the outside world by developing an entirely new branch of it himself; Abjuration. Vrol’s Spear, the Pegason Capitol, still holds many of these ancient arcane safeguards to the present day, lending a sense of truth to the old tales.
